What types of products can you customize?
Pretty much anything. Apparel, hats, bags, leather goods, hard surfaces, vehicles, storefronts, and more. We do screen printing, DTG, DTF, UV printing, sublimation, embroidery, leather work, car wraps, storefront signs, 3D printing, and large format. If you have something specific in mind, just ask — we'll tell you straight if we can do it.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by service. Screen printing typically has a minimum run, while DTG, DTF, UV printing, and embroidery can be done in smaller quantities — sometimes even one-offs. Contact us with what you need and we'll give you a straight answer and a quote.

Can I supply my own garments or items?
Yes. We work with customer-supplied goods. Just know that we can't guarantee results on items with unknown or problematic fabric compositions, and we don't accept liability for damage to supplied goods during production. We'll flag any concerns before we start.

Do you offer rush orders?
We do our best to accommodate rush timelines, but it depends on current production load. Rush fees may apply. Contact us as early as possible — same-day or next-day is occasionally possible, but not guaranteed. The earlier you reach out, the better your odds.

What file formats do you accept?
We prefer vector files: AI, EPS, or PDF. For raster, we accept PNG, TIFF, and PSD at 300 DPI minimum (higher is better). JPEG is accepted but not ideal. If you only have a low-res file, contact us — we may be able to recreate or vectorize your artwork for an additional fee.

What if I don't have a logo or design?
We've got you. Abel Custom Works offers full logo and graphic design services. Whether you need a brand built from scratch or just a design for a single run, we handle it in-house. Hit us with your idea — rough sketch, reference images, vibes — and we'll build it out.

Will I see a proof before production starts?
Yes. Every order gets a digital proof for your approval before we start production. We don't run anything without your sign-off. Proofs are typically sent within 24 business hours of receiving your artwork and order details.

What is your typical turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days after artwork approval, depending on the service and order size. Screen printing, embroidery, and large format jobs may take slightly longer for large runs. We always communicate your estimated completion window upfront.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship across the US. Local clients in Charlotte, NC are also welcome to pick up in person at our Tyvola Rd location. Shipping costs are calculated based on order size and destination, and are added to your final invoice.

What is your revision and return policy?
We stand behind our work. If there's an error on our end — misprints, wrong color, wrong size — we'll make it right at no cost. Artwork revisions at proof stage are included. Changes requested after approval or production begins may incur additional charges. We are a custom shop, so all approved custom orders are final sale.
